Last we left off...

Mews is very confused. The bros aren't who they said they were. But Mews has known plenty of people in the past who lie about their pasts; want to forget a part of themselves; need to escape a past life... and Mews doesn't judge.

Mews wonders if they have even been completely truthful themselves, with this pack, really... keeping things from your friends is a type of lying, isn't it. Maybe Mews should share more?

The Knightingale is Beatrix, someone Sir Hector knew. And Hector isn't actually Hector. He renamed himself for a fallen comrade? Respect. Together, they tell us of a tragic past, but have now found each other again. They love each other?

Ardyn is actually Artemi? He has also "died" before? He tells us of a terrifying event with a "Broodmother". At a creepy temple in Blightjay?? Does Mews know about this at all? Thought it was just scary stories to tell near the fire. MIDERACHI!! Mews shivers Also, something about a burning book, his battle spiders came from this?? ... he also named himself after a beloved comrade, it seems maybe. Artemi's brother Adrik is held captive by this Broodmother! He is adorned in spider armor?

There is a place where the Fey Wild and Timber Wilds overlap... Owen's family had a "summer vacation home" at the exact location? Tampering with the 707 Element causes these Snarls? If this element goes into the Fey it could cause an apocalyptic issue?

We finally do our job and deliver Benson, the fun talking ball, to where he wants to be... with the Knightingale! Maggie helps us find our way, from portal to Timber Wilds, to this special area where the overlap is happening. So much magic stuff, Mews has a headache.

But then we run into this large plant person, they seem to be in distress! The forest around them is also not right, Mews thinks quickly to save them and begins to drag them out of this patch of dying nature...

Bad idea! This large CENTAUR plant dude fucking HITS MEWS WITH A SURPRISE ATTACK??! Oh, hell noooo

The battle spiders get in it!

Owen tries to figure the creature out, is it Fey?

Aer tries to talk with it (always the level-headed)

It sends briars at us is a long line! Yikes, it can cause some damage!

Darwin wants to heal Owen but attempts to dispel magic instead... the briars start to recede!

The magic leaves but then comes back... briars leave! The creature repositions itself

MEWS HITS

It teleports to Darwin

MEWS FOLLOWS AND HITS AGAIN... BOOM

Hector compels it to duel with him

It moves to Mews and hits, tries to also hit Darwin

Victoro moves away, hits with his bow all sneaky-like, and trips it PRONE!!

Artemi gets in there with TWO WEAPONS, swinging away

Owen gets up! Isn't dying!

Aer invades the creature's mind, like she is able to do... and also forces it to fail resisting her, HITS IT... at least, Mews assumes

(But can never see the actual damage... it's all in the victims' minds when she does this. Magic is crazy!)

Aer knocks it out, but doesn't kill it

Darwin heals Owen more

The creatures wakes up! It is called Twee

Twee tells us what is happening in the forest. There are these Mines....

We head there, but somehow Mews hears their dead mother's voice screaming... fights some trees.
