We pick up after the battle, Lady Farron and Pluveria are sad at Typhon's sacrifice

Louie has never seen a raccoon before

TBoats keeps his promise and tells Pluveria "hi" from Typhon

Pluveria tells Oz that he is glad Oz stayed for the fight

We are aware that this other group we have come across are the friends we are supposed to find

There are smaller Wiltspar trees around the world that we can use as a fast travel network if we harmonize with the main tree

Everyone harmonizes with the tree except Oz

We feel that yearning feeling as we harmonize

Aurifer comes down to talk to us

The points of corruption we saw on the tapestry are pieces of Solana that the ORC is interested in

Aurifer describes Varuna as the heart and soul of the ORC

Lady Farron info

Swamp in Palmedow going out of control

Northreach glades in Ardesia, destruction and casualties from the war are accumulating

Hatharcha in Gragthar, a strange ailment is spreading through Gragthar, excruciating pain

Trade and leisure vessels being attacked just outside of Tyrrus

Warden's Lake in Avarre, citizens being reported missing at an alarming rate

We get some money, and I also sell the Dragon Tooth

As we go to long rest we find ourselves on the dream boat again

No swirling shooting stars this time, jet black sea, that familiar yearning feeling

Two figures step out and walk towards us

An elf in a stylish seafoam green tuxedo and a shimmering cane

Gnome with dark curly hair in a bun, violet eyes, and lilac covered armor

They welcome us to the moonlight carnival, Adalair and Trixie, the proprietors, creators and rulers of this realm

No magic in the dream suite for dreamers

Cosmic puppeteer

Our characters exist in the same space

Where is the moonlight carnival? In the Astral Plane of course

They don't know why we are connected

Trixie takes out a magic orb of some sort, we will be able to see/hear what our counterpart sees or hears. CTRL Orb. It has the potential to have many functions, whenever there's a moment that feels like it would be important to the missing member of the party, the orb will glow and that member's face will appear. Can switch places at that point in time

If someone tries to sell us a ticket it's a scam, but gambling for one is a-ok

There is a note pinned to the door about the resource management of Wiltspar

Portent dice are 2 and 17 (used the 17)

TBoats wakes up to cheering and yelling and confusion, something happened in the lake

Glompo is an assassin

TBoats tries to swim towards the commotion and there's a stone dam in the lake???

Weird stairwell in the lake that goes down under the tree

Quite a long staircase with a door at the bottom, goes down about 30 feet

Boaty cooks breakfast and I help him, Goring takes notice

We are both apprentices of Goring now, fine dining for me, breakfast for TBoats

The door has the symbol of the Warden on it

Grayce puts her medallion/spyglass up against the door, door just opens

Big chamber with statues of the gods

Biggest statue with the Sun on it is the Warden

As Grayce moves towards her statue, a thunderous voice "Begone from here"

Aurifer steps out and the doors close behind him

A figure appears in front of the statues, long slender-looking man with a long beard wearing grey clothes and a hat.

We recognize this person as the individual who made the deal with Selena to come back to life in exchange for an affinity die

We can address him as Grey

This is the place where our quest is going to end

What we seek is at the bottom of this place, going to be incredibly difficult because of what lies in wait for us at the bottom

The last vestige of Brio is resting at the bottom of these ruins

Only we are able to restore him

We ain't ready for this

There are going to be challenges from each god

Grayce knows there are no tracks on the floor here besides ours

First trial is the goddess Nihm

Ford tries to convince Oz to harmonize and rolls a natural 1

Most of us (except Oz) go to Platinum City to get the sapling there

As we arrive, we notice, rather quickly, that the dome is gone, we can LIE again

We attune to the sapling and decide to check in on Louie's mom because he is worried about her with the changes in the city

We head to the merchant district, Louie's mom has a little candy shop

Platinum City seems eerily quiet

The constructs seem to be active, but they aren't asking questions which is odd

We arrive at Louie's childhood home. Modest, 2-story townhome, obscenely large kitchen, once an open floorplan kitchen/living room situation, the kitchen grew like mold. 2 bedrooms upstairs

Lights are off, things are ramshackle, Louie calls out for his mom, voice echos off the kitchen, no response

Louie runs up to his mom's bedroom, drawers are open, stuff has been tossed around

Grayce rolls to see if she can figure out what's going on, Nat 1

Louie goes up to his old room to see if he can figure anything out, something was taken from a drawer in this room, valuables were clearly hidden in this drawer

Maybe she just took her stuff and left?

Louie aggressively going door to door to see if anyone knows anything

Mrs. McGillicuddy heard (saw) a bit of a ruckus outside Louie's house

Louie's mom leaving with an armored individual

Running pretty quickly towards the city gates

I go back to investigate Louie's house. The things that were taken were essentials, valuables that are useful; somebody came and was like get the shit you need, let's go, it happened quickly; I also see that there were signs of nervousness, obvious thumps on the floor

We approach a Sentinel to see if they will tell us when Louie's mom (Delilah Dahlia) left; it says error, no record found

We commune with Typhon to find out what is going on; he ordered Louie's loved ones to be protected; Drez has taken her somewhere safe

The anchor symbol on the leather daddy cloak is a sign that he was an underling of one of the ORC's generals, a captain or lieutenant or something

Sentinels are Greyforge constructions. Greyforge does a lot of arcane technology stuff, they are also the proprietors of the AGI

We go back to Wiltspar

Chauncey claims to be an ethical Necromancer, last and only disciple of Thanastra

Thanastra is the world's best teacher of life and death, he's one of the brothers

Aurifer and Thanastra founded the town of Wiltspar

The party goes to talk to Lady Farron and asks her to reach out to Drez

I stay behind to talk to Chauncey alone

Lady Farron says Drez arrived at Lorecliff with Louie's loved ones

If Chauncey is going to take me under his wing I need to find one of Thanastra's books he will teach me
